About me
I transitioned into psychotherapy after a career as a humanitarian aid worker with the United Nations. I bring to my practice a multicultural perspective, shaped by years of living and working in Africa and the Middle East. I enjoy working with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, religious and spiritual backgrounds as well as sexual orientations and gender identities.
I graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Psychology and Columbia University with M.S.S.W. in Social Work. I am a graduate of the Integrated Trauma Therapy program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and have trained in various therapy modalities, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Accelerate Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.

I have been interested in healing since as long as I can remember and, over the years, I have trained in wellness coaching, meditation, energy healing, hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming. I believe that each of us is on our unique journey of healing and I am honored to be a part of my clients' paths to greater wholeness.
